A thermo-polymer is extruded from a travelling head having a single, fine nozzle. The head travels in the X axis while the table or platform travels in the Y axis and descends at predetermined increments in the Z axis. On leaving the nozzle the thermo- polymer adheres and hardens to the previous layer.
